Why Did Two Tall Guys Talking Sales Choose Circle?

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Join the Two Tall Guys Talking Sales Circle Community

  1. Enter your credit card.

    • We are currently offering a 90-day trial period to everyone to help them become familiar with the B2B Sales Lab. Your card will not be billed until the 90-day mark, and you can cancel at any time. We require a credit card on file to prevent spam and maintain a safe environment.

  2. Receive Your Invitation

    • We'll send you an invitation link via email or on our website. Click the link to get started.

  3. Create Your Account

    • Click "Join Community" or "Sign Up."

    • Please enter your name and email address, then create a password.

    • You may be asked to verify your email: follow the instructions in your inbox.

  4. Set Up Your Profile

    • Add a photo, a short bio, and any relevant social links. This will help other members get to know you and facilitate networking.

  5. Explore Spaces

    • Once inside, you'll see different "Spaces" (like forums or channels) organized by topic, including Ask Your Sales Questions, Best Practices Lab, Wins & Celebrations, Events, and Resources.

    • Click on any Space to view posts, participate in discussions, or access resources.

  6. Ask Questions & Join Conversations

    • Post your sales questions, share your experiences, or comment on existing threads.

    • Use @mentions to tag other members or hosts for specific input.

  7. Attend Live Events

    • Check the Events Space for upcoming webinars, Q&As, or live workshops. RSVP and add them to your calendar.

  8. Get Notified

    • Adjust your notification settings to receive email or in-app notifications about new posts, replies, and events.

  9. Direct Messaging

    • Message other members privately for one-on-one networking or advice.

  10. Stay Engaged

    • Circle communities are organized into Spaces. Spaces are dedicated areas for specific topics, discussions, resources, or events.

    • Completing your profile with your name, company, role, and interests enables other members to connect with you. Custom profile fields may let you share social links or B2B specialties, which can lead to meaningful connections and collaborations.

  • Introduce Yourself in the "Introduce Yourself" Space

    • There's a dedicated introduction space. Share who you are, your B2B sales focus, and what you hope to gain from the community. It's a great way to break the ice and get noticed.

  • Learn the Community Guidelines and Norms

    • Don't try to sell to the other members (although someone may think your product is valuable, and it is okay if they reach out to you for help). Treat everyone as if your mother or child were reading your posts. In other words, be kind, be helpful, and don't hesitate to ask for help.

  • Engage with Posts and Content

    • You can create, comment on, and react to posts using text, images, videos, polls, etc. Use the intuitive editor (just hit "/" for formatting options) to share insights, ask questions, or contribute resources.

  • Participate in Events and Live Streams

    • We host live events, webinars, and workshops directly within the platform. RSVP to sessions relevant to your B2B sales interests for real-time learning and connection.

  • Explore Gamification and Badges

    • We use a 9-level gamification system. Every like you earn from your posts or comments helps you level up. Reach Level 2, and you'll receive a free digital copy of Sean's book, Eliminate Your Competition. Other rewards will be available for the higher levels. The Leaderboard link is located at the top of the site.

  • Use Direct Messaging and the Member Directory

    • Connect privately with other members using Circle's messaging tools. The directory helps you find people by expertise, company, or interests.

    • Look for spaces with templates, downloads, and guides. Automated workflows may also send you reminders, checklists, or tasks; these are built to keep you engaged and progressing.

  • Is B2B Sales Lab free to join?

    • We currently offer a 90-day free trial. You'll be asked to provide a credit card, but we don't charge until the trial ends. This helps keep the community high-quality and spam-free.

  • Do I need to download an app?

    • No download is required. Circle works well in any browser, but you can also use the mobile app (available for iOS and Android) for easy access. If you use a mobile app, you can set it to notify you of new posts.

  • How do I ask a question?

    • Go to the appropriate Space, click "New Post," type your question, and hit submit.

  • Can I message other members directly?

    • Yes. Use the messaging icon in the upper right (it resembles a cartoon talking bubble), or navigate to someone's profile to initiate a direct message.

  • How can I stay informed about new content or upcoming events?

    • You can control your email and in-app notifications in your profile settings.
